The Technology Partners Foundation is taking part in the ACTTiVAte project (PAn-European Clusters for Technology Transfer and new VAlue chains, http://www.acttivate.eu). The project involves identification – in Europe (including, naturally, Poland) – SMEs that possess a technology in one of the sectors – aviation, agriculture, health or ICT – see a potential use for it in another sector (e.g. drones from aviation can, after appropriated modifications, be used for sowing fields). In addition to raining for SMEs, networking events, contacts with investors and personnel exchanges, we have 1.5 mln EUR available for funding 30-50 such technology transfer projects.
As part of the project, we have developed a survey (https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/ACTTiVAteSurvey2016) which we are encouraging the highest possible number of Polish SMEs to complete. The interest of potential investors is broad, so the specific sector is not important.
